The Triangle Chapter, ISM-CV, Inc. Scholarship Program has been created to assist the membership of the Triangle Chapter, ISM-CV, Inc., with costs associated in pursuit of educational opportunities to gain relevant knowledge in the Supply Chain Management field.

• The application and supporting documentation must be completed and emailed to president@ism-cv-triangle.org   with the following subject line:
  "Scholarship Committee Triangle Chapter, ISM-CV, Inc."
  (please only email typed forms & no handwritten/scanned forms)
  
  
• Applications must be received no later than two (2) months prior to the event during the current Triangle Chapter business year.
  
  
• All applications and recommendations become the property of Triangle Chapter Scholarship Committee.
  
  
• Request your manager to complete the recommendation form and e-mail to Triangle Chapter Scholarship Committee.
